I’ve known about a location in Northern Ireland for a few years now; where there is an avenue of trees that looks stunning most of the year. So this year, myself and a couple of photographer friends, decided to head over the Irish Sea to visit Belfast for photography holiday. Whilst we were there we also saw a bit of the Northern Irish landscape, as well as the city of Belfast itself, where Dark Hedges was top of my list of places to visit and to try and get the shot I wanted. In more recent years Northern Ireland has started to become a popular tourist destination, helped in part by a very popular TV show that was filmed out there. So, be warned, you may struggle at times to get a clear shot of places without having people getting in the way.
